2013 emmy ballot

The Emmy ballots have recently been revealed. Recently, I've been looking through the list, already guessing who will and will not be nominated. True, there are always surprises thrown in, but a lot of the winners tend to be fairly predictable. (Some are deserving, and some are not, but that's another discussion.)

Really, it's only been in the past two-three years that I've actively been following critics, other writers, and fans "nominations". I like to see who wants to nominated, and who they think will be nominated. A lot of the same nominations have been thrown in year after year, with most people consecutively losing. (You only have so many winners each year.)

I was looking at the last, and I'll admit, I don't watch quite as much TV as I used to, though I know of almost every, if not every, show on the ballot list. So, I thought about it - what if I just made a list of Emmy nominees based on the shows I watch (while throwing in names of shows I should have watched)?

I think this will be fun.
